When re-operating patients assume no implant is in place and perform your surgery as normal.  This way you can place Corporotomies where you want them and not follow person before you.

Always operate on your own terms.  By having lower Corporotomies you can avoid using rear tips and hide tubing in the scrotum so much more cosmetically appealing for the patient.
