An eroded implant cylinder found in the ER, removed and repaired, with a malleable implant placed on the contralateral side to preserve length.

Look what I found in the ER (not my patient) — but I had to take his implant out.

In this case I removed the implant, fixed the defect, and placed a malleable implant on the other side to preserve length.

The urethral injury was repaired afterward.
