When re-operating on patients, assume no implant is in place and perform your surgery as normal. This way you can place corporotomies where you want them, and not follow the person before you.
Always operate on your own terms. By having lower corporotomies you can avoid using rear tips and hide tubing in the scrotum — much more cosmetically appealing for the patient.
